Annoucement ONLY FOR AUTHORIZED ONLINE EXAMs: "Rules and procedures for conducting the first exam of Electrical Machines for authorized on-line students."

"Rules and procedures for conducting the first exam of Electrical Machines for authorized on-line students."

1) The duration of the assessment exam is 2h00min. The exam will have only multiple-choice questions. A word file will be sent to you to insert your choice for each question (answers sheet file).

2) Add a period to the exam time:
         - 15 min before to allow your access/authentication to the ZOOM platform, and;
         - 15 min at the end to allow the submission of the answers sheet file for BOTH emails: pbranco@tecnico.ulisboa.pt AND francisco.silva.e@gmail.com.

3) The exam AND the answers sheet files will be published in a RAR file on Electrical Machines' webpage at 11:30 hrs.

4) Everyone uses the Zoom chat to answer questions - the chat allows private interactions, i.e., teacher-student (do not choose the "all" option);

5) The Zoom Whiteboard function will have the start and end time of the exam, as well as some additional information that is necessary for all students during it.

6) Each one must have connected his camera during the exam, using the computer or smartphone.

7) If you have technical problems during the exam, you should contact one of the teachers as soon as possible (Mobile phone - it will be available during the zoom), identifying the situation, and sending proof of the event (photo, image, etc.).

8) Materials you can use for the exam: a calculator, pencil, ballpoint pen, eraser, the paper of any kind, typewriter, goose, swan or duck feather and respective inkwell, hands, brain, eyes, arms, honesty, ethics, and good humor. NO FORMULAS' sheet!!!
