ATTENTION - READ CAREFULLY - "Rules and procedures for conducting the Second exam of Electrical Machines - ON-LINE"

1)
The duration of the exam will be 2h00 min. The exam will have only multiple-choice questions. No more discounting 25% as I have decided to be inadequate to the first exam.
2) Add a time period to the exam:
- 15 min before to allow your access/authentication to the ZOOM
platform where the exam should be distributed to each one, and a word file (AnswersSheet.docx) will also be sent to
you to insert your choice for each question;
- 15 min at the end to allow the submission of each one's responses (AnswersSheet.docx) for the emails: pbranco@tecnico.ulisboa.pt OR francisco.ferreira.silva@tecnico.ulisboa.pt
3) Different ZOOM sessions will be
created: one with Prof. Paulo Branco (SESSION A and its Zoom link) and
another with Francisco Silva (SESSION B and its Zoom link). The
distribution of students over the two sessions will be published on the
webpage of Electrical Machines 25 minutes before the start of the assessment exam.
4) Use the Zoom chat to answer questions - the chat allows
private interactions, i.e., teacher-student (do not choose the "all"
option);
5) The Zoom Whiteboard function will have written the start and the end time of the exam and some additional information necessary for all students. The professor will warn this.
6) Each one can have connected his camera during the exam, using the computer or smartphone.
7)
If you have technical problems during the exam, you should contact one
of the teachers as soon as possible (Zoom chat, email, mobile phone - this will be available during the zoom), identify the situation, and
send proof of the event (photo, image, etc.).

8) Materials you
can use for the exam: a calculator, pencil, ballpoint pen, eraser,
a paper of any kind, typewriter, goose, swan, or duck feather and
respective inkwell, hands, brain, eyes, arms, honesty, ethics, and good
humor

Due to the current
the situation, the IST informed us that "Erasmus" students must be
considered by default with the status "Online presence - Authorized."
This status will allow "Erasmus" students the possibility to take online
assessment tests.
