- executive summary (1 pg)- background - describe team and client- schedule - describe the schedule of the project- overview - summary of your concept / system / service- process - highlight of the design process including business process model, user research and prototyping, iterations - this is the main component of the report and should be summarised in terms of the main insights- conclusion and summary- annex (not counting for the 50 pg. limit) with technical documents (architecture, system design, etc.) and user research reports (questionaries, surveys, analysis, etc.)- links to all the code, preferably on GitHub
Both deliverables should be prepared by the whole team dividing the work in terms of the sections. The deliverables will be evaluated for their communication and design quality. You should aim at a very high-quality visual design vs. long textual descriptions. Examples of good reports are provided here.
A mandatory rehearsal is scheduled for the 5th and 6th of December at the theoretical class (11:00 and 09:30).
The final report is due on the 11th of January together with the peer evaluation forms to conclude the class evaluation.
