Lab 6 - Prioritize Development

Goals

• Present personas and scenarios;
  
• Present actors and use cases;
  
• Prioritize development.

Procedure

In this class, and continuing the work from the previous week, you will synthesize your user research and present a set of either personas & scenarios or use case diagrams & essential use cases. Make sure these are based on your user research; that is, your personas, scenarios, and use cases need to be adequately justified with previously collected data.

In addition to the research synthesis, you will prioritize development. It needs to be clear what scenarios/use cases you will develop in order to produce a viable product. Moreover, you should define when you will develop them.

Presentation

Each team has 10 minutes to present their work. The presentation needs to be previously uploaded to the team's website.

Evaluation

The evaluation will be based on:

• Quality of presentation [0.5v];
  
• Personas & Scenarios; Use Cases [2.0v];
  
• Prioritization [0.5v].
