{pt_PT=A habitação plurifamiliar em Lisboa durante o Antigo Regime: O Bairro de São José} {} EVALUATED

Detalhes: {pt=A cidade de Lisboa enquanto uma das capitais mais antigas da Europa, teve a sua morfologia e dinâmicas transformadas ao longo dos séculos. Atualmente, ao percorrer as ruas da cidade, é possível observar nos edifícios elementos que compõem as diversas camadas temporais que a constituem. No entanto, estes elementos arquitetónicos históricos que revelam a sua sedimentação histórica encontram-se em risco de desaparecer, pondo em causa a identidade dos bairros e da cidade como um todo. É neste contexto que se baseia a pertinência deste trabalho, reconhecendo-se a necessidade de catalogar, dar a conhecer e salvaguardar a arquitetura do edificado que contribui para a identidade da cidade, particularmente os edifícios de habitação plurifamiliares do Antigo Regime. Para tal, foi selecionado o Bairro de São José como local de estudo. A escolha deste bairro assenta na abundância de edifícios de construção anterior a 1834, bem como no interesse e necessidade de analisar um bairro pouco estudado até à data, de forma que fiquem claras as suas características, qualidades e transformações sofridas., en=The city of Lisbon, as one of the oldest capitals in Europe, had its morphology and dynamics transformed over the centuries. Currently, when walking through the streets of the city, it is possible to observe elements in the buildings that make up the various temporal layers that constitute it. However, these historic architectural elements which reveal its layered history are at risk of disappearing, jeopardizing the identity of the neighbourhoods and the city as a whole. It is in this context that the relevance of this work is based on, recognizing the need to catalogue, make known and safeguard the architecture of buildings, in particular multifamily housing buildings of the Ancien Régime, due to their significance to the city’s identity. To this end, the São José neighbourhood was chosen as the study site. The choice of this neighbourhood is based on its abundance of buildings built before 1834, as well as on the interest and need to analyse a neighbourhood that has been subject of little studied to date, so that its characteristics, qualities and transformations are clear.}
