Detalhes: {pt=O seguinte trabalho resume o Projecto Final do Mestrado em Arquitectura, cujo enunciado propunha pensar e desenvolver um campus universitário num vazio urbano expectante, pertencente à segunda fase do processo TagusPark em Oeiras. O projecto começa por entender o lugar tanto a nível regional como local. Percebendo as relações que mantém com a envolvente e como se integra no sistema urbano que é a cidade. A proposta aproveita para, mantendo e cumprindo o enunciado, oferecer um espaço de usufruto público que melhora exponencialmente a qualidade de vida dos aglomerados urbanos envolventes, valorizando-os. Assim o parque urbano pertence simultaneamente à cidade e ao campus universitário, conferindo a este último uma maior receptividade, permeabilidade e promiscuidade à comunidade. , en=The following work summarizes the Final Project of the Master in Architecture. The objective is to idealize and develop a university campus in an urban void, belonging to the second phase of the Tagus Park process in Oeiras. The project starts by undertaking the site, both regionally and locally. Through the relationships that the site maintains with the involvement and the understanding of how they integrate in the urban system, the idea of a city is born. Although responding to the initial request, the proposal goes further and tries to offer a space for public usufruct that improves exponentially the quality of life of the surrounding urban agglomerations, valuing them in the process. The urban campus is simultaneously called the city and the university campus, giving a greater focus to the receptivity, permeability and promiscuity of the community.}
