{pt_PT=Reabilitação de Edifício no Centro de Lisboa} {} EVALUATED

Detalhes: {pt=No âmbito da disciplina de Projecto de Arquitectura Final II foi proposto a reabilitação de um edifício. Edifício este que se encontra em pleno centro da cidade de Lisboa, junto à praça do Marquês de Pombal. Construído em 1916, foi projectado inicialmente com um carácter habitacional, com comércio no rés-do-chão, pelo arquitecto António do Couto. Este projecto vem dar uma nova vida a este edifício, agora como sede de uma empresa. O humilde edifício é composto actualmente por três pisos com a presença de um pequeno saguão. O conceito principal deste projecto assenta no aumento deste saguão, passando assim a ser um elemento de maior importância e possibilita que o acesso vertical seja feito por este. A conexão deste núcleo central com um espaço exterior criado no primeiro piso faz-se através de um grande envidraçado, que liga à clarabóia, e cria certa permeabilidade e conexões visuais de várias partes do edifício, que não eram possíveis no estado actual, pois um dos problemas detectados era a sua fragmentação dos espaços., en=Within the scope of Final Architecture Project II, the rehabilitation of a building was proposed. This building is located in the center of Lisbon, near Marquês de Pombal square. Built in 1916, it was initially designed with a residential character, with comercial on the ground floor by the architect António do Couto. This project brings a new life to this building, now as the headquarters of a company. The humble building is currently composed of three floors with the presence of a small lightwell. The main concept of this project is based on the enlargement of this lightwell, becoming a more important element and allowing the vertical access to be made by it. The connection of this central core to an exterior space created on the first floor is made by a large glazing, which connects to the skylight, and creates a certain permeability and visual connections of various parts of the building, which were not possible in the present state, as a one of the problems detected was the fragmentation of the space.}
