{pt_PT=Hotel cultural Mindelo: Arquitectura e reabilitação do património Cabo Verdiano} {} EVALUATED

Detalhes: {pt=Refere-se a presente memória descritiva ao projeto de arquitetura da reabilitação e alteração do edificado existente em Mindelo, Cabo Verde, num lote de aproximadamente 400 m2 localizado ao longo da Avenida Marginal, no sopé do monte do Fortim D’El Rei e resguardado pela sua encosta, como uma vista a Sul para a Baía do Porto Grande e para a Cidade de Mindelo, denominado de Agência Portuária Marítima (AMP) e também a Polícia, onde atualmente ambos deixaram de exercer a sua função, estando neste preciso momento inutilizados. Foi proposto a adaptação do edificado existente para um equipamento Hoteleiro de 4 estrelas que respondesse a determinados requisitos de acordo com a legislação. Esta nova adaptação para um “Hotel Cultural” passará por uma reabilitação ao edificado existente, mantendo a sua linguagem arquitetónica, alterando unicamente os espaços interiores de maneira a responder às necessidades do projeto. Com este proposta, responde-se ao objetivo de readaptação do edificado existente para um equipamento hoteleiro, conseguindo diferência-lo dos existentes na cidade, bem como na aposta na vertente cultural, elemento bastante importante neste projeto, pois trará um novo conceito de turismo para a cidade e para a população, promovendo o Desenvolvimento Sustentável da cidade e auxiliando assim no percurso de alcançar uma Cidade Resiliente., en=This descriptive document refers to the architectural project for the rehabilitation and alteration of the existing building in Mindelo, Cape Verde, in a plot of approximately 400 m2 located along the Marginal Avenue, at the foot of the Fortim D'El Rei hill and protected by its hillside, as a view to the South to the Bay of Porto Grande and to the City of Mindelo, called the Maritime Port Agency (AMP) and also the Police, where they both have now ceased to exercise their function, being at this moment inoperable. It was proposed to adapt the existing building to a 4-star Hotel equipment that would meet certain requirements in accordance with the legislation. This new adaptation to a "Cultural Hotel" will undergo a rehabilitation to the existing building, maintaining its architectural language, changing only the interior spaces in order to respond to the needs of the project. With this proposal, it responds to the objective of readaptation of the existing building for a hotel equipment, achieving differentiation of what exists in the city, as well as the bet on the cultural aspect, a very important element in this project, as it will bring a new concept of tourism for the city and the population, promoting the Sustainable Development of the city and helping in the course of reaching a Resilient City.}
