Detalhes: {pt=Atendendo ao crescimento do fluxo turístico que Portugal tem sentido nos últimos anos, mais concretamente, na cidade de Lisboa, aumentando desta forma significativamente a densidade populacional diária presente na cidade, é necessário existir um volume de edificações habitacionais correspondentes ao volume de procura. Sendo a maior parte dos edificados habitacionais incapazes de corresponder às expectativas atuais de imobiliário devido ao seu obsoletismo e deficiências técnicas, torna-se cada vez mais comum a existência de obras de reabilitação, que devido à legislação em vigor, obriga à conservação das fachadas centenárias existentes na cidade de Lisboa, nomeadamente na zona centro, em contraste com a diminuição da construção de raiz. O presente documento apresenta um caso de estudo de uma construção nova, na zona centro da cidade de Lisboa, com recurso à utilização de uma estrutura de contenção periférica, estando interligada a uma estrutura de contenção de empena de um dos edifícios vizinhos, permitindo assegurar a sua conservação em segurança, sendo posteriormente integrada na nova estrutura. Desta forma, pretendeu-se identificar as ações que vão influenciar o comportamento da estrutura de contenção de fachada, que será alvo de uma breve modelação recorrendo ao software de elementos finitos SAP2000, assim como do comportamento do equipamento de elevação presente em obra, a partir do qual será feito um breve dimensionamento das microestacas presentes na sua fundação indireta por microestacas, tentando obter resultados realistas. , en=In view of the growth of the flow of tourist that Portugal has felt in recent years, in the city of Lisbon, thus increasing the daily population density present in the city, it is necessary to have a housing volume corresponding to the volume of demand. Since most of the built houses are unable to meet the current expectations of real estate due to its obsolete and technical deficiencies, it becomes increasingly common to have rehabilitation works, which due to the current legislation, obliges the conservation of the existing centennial façades in the city of Lisbon. After the demolition of the interior is executed, the façade containment structure is implemented, which allows to ensure its safe storage and is later integrated into the new structure. In this way, this document aimed at identifying actions that will influence the behaviour of the tower crane as well as the containment system of the façade of a neighbour building and was carried out with support of the base elements referring to the implementation plan of the new Hotel Estrela Santos, located on Avenida Almirante Reis, Nº53, in Lisbon. In view of the above, a brief modelling of the facade restraint system is presented using the SAP2000, trying to obtain realistic results on the present efforts at its base. It was also made a brief design of the micropiles, present in the indirect foundation by micropiles, where is based the equipment of elevation existing in work, the tower crane. }
