Exam review (updated)

Dear students,

The exam grades are out. The review for the exam will take place on the following dates/times:

  • Monday, February 10, from 11h00 to 12h00, in Room 2N7.15, IST TagusPark.
  • Tuesday, February 11, from 9h30 to 10h30, in Office 1, IST Alameda.

Also, the global grades have been updated and are available as a pdf the Section Tests - please check your global grades and make sure that all is as expected. Note that, immediately after the exam review, the grades will be submitted to the IST Central Services, so if you spot any issue with any grading element (labs, tests or exam), this is the last opportunity to let us know and correct it.


Informations about the exam

Information to all students taking the exam or reprising one of the tests:

  • The exam/tests will be in Room C01 in Alameda and A4 in TagusPark.
  • Independently of whether you are taking the exam or reprising one of the tests, you should be in the room at the prescribed time (15:00). All tests start at that same time.
  • If you are taking one of the tests, you should submit the test after 90 minutes (i.e., at 16:30). If you don’t, you will be graded as if taking the exam.

Dear students,

The grades for the second test are out. If you want to review your graded test, please drop by during office time on Thursday, January 30, between 9h00 and 10h30 in Office 1 (Pav. Informática III, IST Alameda) or on Friday, January 31, between 9h00 and 10h30, in Room 2N7.15 (IST TagusPark).

Also, the global grades are available as a pdf in the Section Tests - please check your global grades and make sure that all is as expected.

Students taking both PADI and SIBD tests

This message is directed only at those students that have reached out to us (faculty) because of the simultaneous tests of PADI and SIBD.

Those students intending to take both tests should send an e-mail to the course's e-mail address before the end of Friday, January 16. The subject should be "Taking PADI and SIBD tests" and the body of the message should include:

  • Student's name
  • Student number
  • Degree (MEIC, MECD, etc.)
  • A sentence explicitly stating that you intend to take both tests (PADI and SIBD).
If you fail to do so, you will have to take the test with the rest of the PADI students. Even if you have already contacted us because of the tests, you should still send the e-mail. 

In the day of the test (20/1), the students taking both tests should be at Room FA3 at 10h30.
