[VR] - 2º exame de Vibrações e Ruído

Caros Srs. Alunos,
Seguindo as orientações do IST, o 2º exame de Vibrações e Ruído será realizado à distância. O estudante deve estabelecer uma ligação zoom através do seguinte link (https://videoconf-colibri.zoom.us/j/88509719454) até 30 minutos antes do horário estabelecido para o início da prova, i.e., 14h30m de 8 de fevereiro de 2021.
Para ser aceite na sessão zoom o nome de usuário do estudante deverá contemplar o seu número de estudante e primeiro e últimos nomes. 
Na sessão zoom os estudantes são distribuídos por diversas salas simultâneas virtuais onde está presente um docente.
Para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas com o exame o estudante deve comunicar com o docente que está na sala que permitirá a saída do estudante para a sala principal onde está o Professor Nuno Maia. Depois de esclarecido, o estudante é reencaminhado para a respetiva sala. 
Na sessão zoom, são fornecidos os links de acesso ao enunciado do exame e Google Forms através do qual deve ser feita a submissão de um único documento pdf (formato obrigatório) referente à digitalização da resolução do exame.
Os estudantes devem utilizar folhas lisas para resolver os exercícios de forma a melhorar a qualidade da digitalização.
O ficheiro pdf enviado tem de ter qualidade suficiente para permitir ao docente visualizar a resolução dos exercícios. A qualidade do ficheiro enviado é da responsabilidade do aluno. O nome do ficheiro deverá conter o número de aluno. Exemplo: o estudante com o número 12345 ao submeter a resolução deve submeter um ficheiro intitulado 12345.pdf
Todas as folhas digitalizadas devem conter o nome e número do estudante.
É muito importante que o aluno esteja atento à hora de início e término da prova e faça o upload das respostas atempadamente. E atenção ao fuso horário, para quem está fora de Portugal continental.
A prova terá início às 15h com a duração máxima de 3h + 10m, sem tolerância, (já inclui o tempo necessário para digitalizar e carregar o ficheiro pdf com a respetiva resolução).
Não será admitida a entrada de novos estudantes após as 15h. 
A prova online inicia-se após a aceitação da Declaração sob Compromisso de Honra.
“Declaro, sob compromisso de honra, que li e compreendi as observações iniciais para a realização desta prova e que a irei resolver de forma autónoma, sem consultar e trocar qualquer informação por qualquer meio, com qualquer pessoa ou repositório de informação, físico ou virtual.”
Durante a realização da prova o aluno deverá manter-se permanentemente ligado à sessão zoom com a câmara e microfone ligados.
Caso o estudante tenha problemas técnicos durante a prova, deverá contactar o docente o mais breve possível (chat Zoom, email para o Prof. Hugo – hugo.policarpo@tecnico.ulisboa.pt) identificando a situação e enviar prova do acontecimento (fotografia, imagem, etc). Neste caso poderá ainda ficar sujeito à realização de uma prova oral.

Dear Students,

Following the IST guidelines, the 2^nd Vibration and Noise exam will be carried out remotely. The student must establish a zoom link through the following link (https://videoconf-colibri.zoom.us/j/88509719454) up to 30 minutes before the time established for the start of the exam, i.e., 14:30 on February 8, 2021.

To be accepted in the zoom session, the student's username must include his student number and first and last names.

In the zoom session, students are distributed in several simultaneous virtual rooms where a teacher is present.

To clarify doubts related to the exam, the student must communicate with the professor who is in the room that will allow the student to leave for the main room where Professor Nuno Maia is present. Once clarified, the student is directed back to the respective room.

In the zoom session, the access links to the exam and Google Forms are provided through which the submission of a single pdf document (mandatory format) related to the scan of the exam resolution must be made.

Students should use plain sheets to solve the exercises to improve the quality of the scan.

The pdf file sent must be of sufficient quality to allow the teacher to view the resolution of the exercises. The quality of the file sent is the student's responsibility. The file name must contain the student number. Example: the student with the number 12345 when submitting the resolution must submit a file titled 12345.pdf

All scanned sheets must contain the student's name and number.

It is very important that the student is attentive to the start and end time of the test and upload the answers in a timely manner. And pay attention to the time zone, for those who are outside mainland Portugal.

The test will start at 15h with a maximum duration of 3h + 10m, without tolerance, (already includes the time needed to scan and upload the pdf file with the respective resolution).

New students will not be admitted after 15h.

The online test starts after acceptance of the Declaration on Honor.

“I declare, under my honor, that I have read and understood the initial observations for the realization of this test and that I will resolve it independently, without consulting and exchanging any information by any means, with any person or repository of information, physical or virtual. ” 

During the test, the student must remain permanently connected to the zoom session with the camera and microphone on.

If the student has technical problems during the test, he should contact the teacher as soon as possible (chat Zoom, email to Prof. Hugo - hugo.policarpo@tecnico.ulisboa.pt) identifying the situation and sending proof of the event (photo, image, etc.). In this case, you may still be subject to an oral exam.
