Second exam results

The evaluation results of the second exam were just published.

Students may review the exam on Wednesday 2nd of March, at 10am, in the lab.
In case you want to review the exam, send an email to marcelino.santos@tecnico... requesting the review in the proposed schedule (or in an alternative one).

First exam evaluation results

The evaluation results of the first exam were just published.

Students may review the exam on Friday 18, at 10am, in the lab.

Lab 6 issue with 5V IOs

The technology .lef file (named headerxxx) defines the layers that can be used. The header lef defines metal 1 layer as "metal1". This naming is in accordance with all other lef files provided by Faraday for the core cells and IOs except for the analog IOs of 3.3V (the ones you should be using, particularly the ones compliant with 5V). Therefore, you may use the 1.2V analog ones but please detail the IOs identification that you would select for 5V compliance for the analog signals and their IO supplies.

Lab 6 news

innovus_FULLCHIP.cmd (in FULLCHIP_files.tar) was updated to include:
1 - the sroute of agnd and dvdd
2- the minimum size IO fill cell

The deadline for the Lab6 delivery was extended to Friday, Feb 4.
