The final workshop of Social Robotics will happen on January 27th, from 14:50 to 18:200. it will include each group presenting their project in approximately 15~20 minutes and a follow up Q/A for around 15~10 minutes.

• [15 min] There is no limit of the number of pages for your presentation, you just need to adjust it to fit within 15 minutes
• [5 min] You are also encouraged to show your video submission before, after, or in the middle of your presentation, around 5 minutes is allocated to that
• There will be around 10 minutes Q/A after each presentation, be prepared

The detailed schedule is available here, the groups ordering is assigned using a randomizer. If you have any problem attending the workshop and presenting in your timeslot, please contact me as soon as possible.

Instructions for Uploading the Final Report

Considering that Fenix doesn't support heavy uploads, the following are the instructions for uploading the report and accompanying video:

Make a zip file including 2 PDFs

• Project Report
• A page including the following
• • A link to project video, preferably from google drive, (make sure to change the sharing setting to "Anyone with the link"
  • (Optional) A link to your questionnaire/s
  • (Optional) A link to a video or game you had your participants to see or play or any other material you would like to include
  • Note: You can also add the auxiliary material as an appendix to your report
