Online dashboard in Fenix

There is a new section "Dashboard" with a link for an on-line page where we will keep updated the presences in classes, the grades of cases and the extra points from the reviews.

In this moment it shows only the presences in the first class, the grades of Case A, and the information of who delivered the Case A Review and the Case B (points and grades yet to be published).
The dashboard also shows the students emails, to support the communication for after the Case D, when we'll have groups...
