Final Pitch event information

Dear Students,

As you know, tomorrow will be our final class, in which you will be delivering the final pitch about your projects.


Here's some important information regarding the final class:
  • The final event is scheduled to start at 10:30 and finish at 12:45.
    • Your attendance at the full event is mandatory.
  • The videos will be displayed together after all teams have delivered their pitches.
    • As such, each team block will comprise only the pitch delivery and the Q&A from the jury.
  • I will be in the room from 09:30 to prepare the room and do some testing;
    • I highly recommend that you also arrive with enough time in advance to ensure that you are properly set up for your final pitch.
  • The event will be public, so feel free to invite your friends to attend.
  • A promotional flyer can be found here, containing some information regarding the jury as well.
