Once you are attending an entrepreneurship course in this semester, you probably already know that you can apply for E.Awards@Técnico -2019 Edition.

 

What is that?

If you haven’t heard about it yet, E.Awards are the prizes that will grant the best projects developed by teams in entrepreneurship courses.

 

Which are the awards?

  • Best E.Project Award by Santander – 2000€ – 1 prize of two thousand euros
  • 2 Honorable Mentions by Armilar Ventures – 2 * 500€ – 2 honorable mentions of five hundred euros each.

 

How can you apply?

Just talk with your team and fill out this form until November 29th.

 

What happens next?

Then, to win, your project will have to pass 2 evaluation phases. The first will be made by your Professor. If your Professor chooses your team, you will have to prepare a pitch and present your project in the Final Pitch event, on December 18th. The final evaluation will be made in this day by a jury panel composed by alumni, Professors and representatives of the sponsors.

Next Tuesday, November 19th, will take place at the Civil Museum at 5:15 pm, an event that will bring together Alumni E.Stories & E.Awards@Tecnico2019.

 

In this edition, Paulo Dimas, VP of Product Innovation at Unbabel and João Fonseca CEO at Biosurfit will be our guests at the Alumni E.Stories.

 

-      What difficulties and failures they have overcome to be a successful entrepreneur?


-      How was the journey from Tecnico student until become an entrepreneur?

 

It’s about this and much more that we'll talk and learn about of being an entrepreneur.

E.Awards Launchpad

In the 19 November there will be a special session of the E.Awards, where 2 entrepreneurs will be discussing the issues of being an entrepreneur. 
Session will be in the Civil Museum, 17h30, Nov 19. 
Interested groups can send a poster that will be presented. 
Please send the poster to TT@tecnico.ulisboa.pt by next Thursday.
