Workshop poll results

Just a quick update to let you know that, unfortunately, only one team expressed interest in participating in the joint AVT+CGJ online workshop this year. As such, the workshop will not take place, as the idea was for participants to learn from other teams what they had learnt while developing their project. For that, we would need at least two different teams.

To understand if there is enough interest for us to have a small workshop where you can share what you learnt during the development of your projects with your colleagues of both AVT and CGJ, I setup a Doodle with possible time-slots for this workshop. 

The idea of the workshop is for you to share what you learned during your projects with your colleagues from other teams. You do not need to prepare anything special. Just have the demonstration video you submitted for your final assignment ready to discuss your project. Of course, you are welcome to prepare additional material if you feel so inclined, but the idea is to keep presentations short, and have time for questions.

I would ask to all interested in presenting their work at the workshop to inform me of the slots you would be able to attend by leaving your name and project name on the Doodle, until Friday, February 12 at noon, so we can agree on a time slot. The workshop will be open to all students of AVT and CGJ, but for us to find a date for the workshop, I would ask only the availability of the presenters (otherwise, I am afraid it would be impossible to fit everyone's limitations). So by filling in the Doodle you are also stating that you are interested in presenting at the workshop in the slots mentioned. When leaving your name on the Doodle, do not forget to also leave your project's name between parentheses.

The date of the workshop will be revealed here on Friday, February 12 afternoon, after the Doodle is closed. Please check the link to the Doodle in the AVT/CGJ Workshop section. Thank you all. I am looking forward to see you at the workshop (over zoom)!

Final grade sheet (after review) closed

The grade sheet did not change after the review and was sent to the central administration so that the final grade sheets for Taguspark and Alameda could be created, and signed in the next days / weeks. We will let you know when this happens. Good luck for your remaining subjects this semester!


Update: the final grade sheets are now signed; your grades should soon appear on your Fénix academic CV.
