{pt_PT=Comportamento dos centros de transferência tecnológica em Institutos Politécnicos na região do Alentejo} {} EVALUATED

Detalhes: {pt=Vivemos numa era de fortes mudanças sociais e tecnológicas e acima de tudo num clima rodeado de incertezas. São mudanças que afetam diferentes níveis do país, desde o económico, o político, o sociocultural e até o tecnológico. Todos estes níveis passaram a depender da inovação como fator diferenciador. Este tipo de mudança parte de interações provenientes do modelo Tripla Hélice. Este modelo é baseado na produção de conhecimento, de inovação tecnológica e de desenvolvimento económico (Ranga, 2010). Esta investigação baseia-se na identificação e caracterização de três Centros de Transferência Tecnológica (CTT) e o seu comportamento na região Alentejo. Os institutos politécnicos selecionados em estudo serão nomeadamente: o IP Beja, o IP Portalegre e o IP Setúbal. Este estudo possibilitará reconhecer as instituições de ensino politécnico pelas suas áreas de I&D destacando as suas vantagens competitivas, possibilitará às regiões a otimização dos seus recursos locais e permitirá às indústrias poder de decisão na fixação das suas instalações, em regiões onde os seus negócios poderão sair beneficiados. Os Centros de Transferência Tecnológica têm estimulado os IPs a encontrarem novas formas de interação com a região. O comportamento de cada centro está dependente da região em que está inserido. São espaços que contribuem para a criação de empresas, que avaliam candidaturas de projetos de I&D, que procuram outras apostas de financiamento, que incentivam a cooperação entre parceiros, que otimizam recursos e sobretudo que melhoram o reconhecimento das intuições de ensino superior politécnico. , en=We live in an era of strong social and technological changes and above all in an atmosphere surrounded by uncertainties. These changes affect different levels of the country, such as economic, political, sociocultural and even technological. All these levels have come to rely on innovation and sustainability as a differentiation factor. This type of changes happens through interactions of the Triple Helix model. This model studies the knowledge transfer links of production, technological innovation and economic development (Ranga, 2010). This research is based on the identification and characterization of three Technological Transfer Centers (CTT) and their behaviour in the Alentejo region. This dissertation focuses on polytechnic institutes as institutions with a strong impact in the region. The polytechnic institutes which are being researched are as follows: IP Beja, IP Portalegre and IP Setúbal. The IPs empowered their facilities through Technological Transfer Centers interacting directly into the region. The behavior of each center is dependent on the region in which it is inserted. Their function are contribute to the creation of companies, evaluation of R&D projects, searching of financing loans, partner engagement projects, optimization on local resources and recognition of Higher Education polytechnic Intuitions. This study will acknowledge each polytechnic institutions be aware of their own competitive advantage as highlighting their R&D areas, it will enable the region to optimize their local resources and it will allow the external industries having full decision making power in fixing their facilities in regions where they will receive benefits. }
