Dear Students of Turbulence in Fluids

I have added a template for the laboratory work and a list of suggestions for the groups to analyse the time signals obtained. There is no need to compute all the things suggested. The students should chose what they want to compute from the time signals. The 'suggestions' are only 'suggestions'. The students can have different ideias e.g. computing the fractal dimension of the signals. The teams/students with no time signals should contact me by email to schedule a day/time to colect data in the laboratory.

FIRST SESSION OF LABORATORY MEASUREMENTS

Dear Students of Turbulence in Fluids

Tomorrow at 15h30-16h30 a first session for the laboratory measurements (hot wire) will take place for all the students that are free to take part on the session. More sessions will be organised for next week (the schedule will be arranged with the students this Friday). The session will take place
in the Mecânica IV building (Pavilhão de Turbomáquinas).

Dear Students of Turbulence in Fluids

The next MAP (MAP3) will take place on Friday and will deal with similar problems as the ones we did in the last lecture
(before the break). Sample exercises can be found in the bibliography e.g. Chapter 4 of Turbulence by Neewstadt et al.
