Rules for Emerging Energy Technology Exam - 18 November 22

Dear Students,
I'm sending you the rules for the Emerging Energy Technology Exam:

·        O exame tem a duração de 1h30 min. Os alunos deverão chegar à sala que lhes foi atribuida para realizar o exame 5/10 minutos antes da hora de início do mesmo. A distribuição de alunos por sala está divulgada na pagina da disciplina.

The exam lasts 1h30 min. Students must arrive at the room assigned to them to take the exam 5/10 minutes before the exam start time. The distribution of students per room has already been published on the discipline page.

·        Os alunos foram distribuídos por salas, e cada aluno só poderá fazer o exame na sala que lhe foi atribuido.

The students were distributed by rooms, and each student can only take the exam in the room assigned to him.

·        É proibido qualquer equipamento electrónico ligado durante o exame (telemóveis, tablets, smartwatch, etc.).

Any electronic equipment connected during the mini-test (mobile phones, tablets, smartwatch etc.) is forbidden.

·        É permitido o uso de calculadora de bolso (calculadora gráfica não é permitida).

Use of pocket calculator is allowed (graphing calculator is not allowed).

·        O exame tem uma parte de escolha múltipla que serão resolvidas directamente no enunciado e devolvidas e de outra parte de questões. Os alunos têm acesso a um formulário (dados necessários para resolver os problemas) dado com o enunciado. É proibido qualquer tipo de consulta.

The exam has a multiple choice part that will be solved directly in the statement and returned and another part of questions. Students have access to a formulae sheets (with data that will be needed to resolve the questions) provided with the statement. The access to books or lecture notes is forbidden.

·        Os alunos deverão identificar as todas as partes do exame.

Students must identify all parts of the exam

·        É proibido sair da sala durante o exame.

It is forbidden to leave the room during the exam.

·        Estas regras também se aplicam aos alunos que vão fazer só uma parte do exame.

These rules also apply to students taking only part of the exam.
