BTW: Those rules apply only for Exam 1. It is still not clear how the Exam 2 will be held - there is some "slight" possibility that we would have to do oral evaluations. So, I highly recommend passing HPCS at Exam 1 and I did my best to give you a bunch of different options to do so.
