getting an error when trying to browse a cube

When I try to browse a cube in either Visual Studio 2008 or the SQL Management Studio, I get the following error: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component. (Using Windows 7)

Workaround:

1. Go to Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> Change location

2. Change your location in the format tab to English (United States) and in the location tab change to United States.

On  17/3/ 14H-16H I will be not in my office.

Instead on this week the "Horário de dúvida" will be on 18/3 14H-16H in my office, 2N-5.7
