PIC2 – Extension of deadline for submission of P2 project report and jury proposal form

In response to several requests, the deadline for submission of the P2 project report together with the jury form has been extended to January 19. The evaluation deadline has also been extended, and should then take place by January 31.

First, you must enroll in the group “P2: Jury proposal and Report” and afterwards submit a zipped folder containing the P2 project report together with the jury form by January 19 via Fenix.

As a reminder, the jury is made up of a teacher/researcher from the supervision team (supervisor or co-supervisor) and one (or more) expert(s) in the area in which the work is carried out. The jury proposal is the responsibility of the Advisor, even if it is submitted by the student.

Note that at least one of the members of the jury should be affiliated with IST, ideally your internal supervisor, and that the expert(s) must not be part of the supervision team. 

You should create a ZIP file containing both files with the format <student-number-Name-Surname>.zip (example: 99999-Manuel-Silva.zip) for submission via fenix.

Together with your advisor, you should find a time and place for the discussion which is convenient for all members of the jury.

The discussion must take place by January 31, either online or face-to-face.
