The latest GAMS distribution 24.9.1 can be downloaded from GAMS Website.

Older distributions can be found here. Students are recommended to download and install GAMS distribution 24.8.5.

GAMS free demonstration mode has the following limitations:
Model limits:

• Number of constraints and variables: 300
  
• Number of nonzero elements: 2000 (of which 1000 nonlinear)
  
• Number of discrete variables: 50
  

Nonetheless, the user can submit the model in GAMS format to one of the Solvers available on NEOS Server platform.
