Final Student Project Presentations (online class)

All students, divided in five groups, present their metagenomics / MAGs project they have been working on throughout the entire semester. They present the metagenomics dataset they have received, the analyses they conducted and the results obtained and discuss the major conclusions that can be drawn from that.  Each presentation is 20 minutes (per group). The presentations are followed by a general discussion of the work performed with all students.
