3. Students should scan the set of sheets they wish to submit, with the digitization having to be done in a single file in PDF format with the following student identification: name and number (5 digits). Any scanner or cell phone camera can be used - although there are multiple application solutions for digitizing manuscripts, CanScan, OfficeLens or CamScanner is suggested. Files aggregated in a folder by zip, rar or equivalent are not accepted. The resolution of the digitization must be the appropriate one to guarantee the readability of the proof by the teacher, without compromising the file size (preferably it must be less than 1 MB). Large files will take a long time to upload and should be avoided.
4. The digitization and digitalization submission time will be 30 minutes from the end of the exam, with the students being informed orally that the exam resolution period has ended and the digitization and submission period has started.
5. The submission (upload) of the file must be done through the fenix system using the option "Submit Projects". The system does not accept any submission after the set deadline (30 minutes). A maximum of 3 submissions will be allowed, but each new submission replaces the previous one. As a rule, files submitted by email are rejected, either before or after the submission deadline.
