Acções importantes para a primeira semana de aulas (Important procedures for the first week of classes)

  1. Na aula teórica do dia 25 de Setembro será já leccionada matéria para aplicação nas aulas práticas de 29 e 30 de Setembro, pelo que todos os alunos deverão estar presentes. (In the theoretical class of September 25, subjects will be lectured for application in the practical classes of September 29 and 30, and therefore all students should attend that class.)
  2. Nas aulas práticas de 22 e 23 de Setembro serão criados os grupos de trabalho (5 alunos por grupo) e poderá ser necessária a reorganização da distribuição dos alunos por turma. Como tal, todos os alunos deverão estar presentes nestas aulas, devendo previamente inscrever-se numa turma no Fenix. (In the practical classes of September 22 and 23 working groups (5 students per group) will be formed and a reorganization of the distribution of the students might be required. Thus, all students should attend these classes and they should make sure that they are registered in a practical class in Fenix.)
  3. Uma das turmas práticas - quartas-feiras das 9:30h às 12:30h - será dirigida apenas a alunos que não dominem a língua portuguesa e funcionará exclusivamente em língua inglesa. (One of the practical classes - Wednesdays from 9:30am to 12:30 - is reserved only for non-Portuguese speakers and will be lectured exclusively in English.)
  4. De modo a garantir aulas práticas eficientes e produtivas, maximizando o tempo dedicado pelo docente a cada grupo de trabalho, o número de alunos nas aulas práticas leccionadas em português deverá ser equilibrado, não devendo, portanto, ultrapassar os 20 alunos na sala V0.03 e os 24 alunos nas salas V1.14 e V1.34, o que está também de acordo com as limitações impostas pela COVID-19. (In order to ensure efficient and productive practical classes, maximizing the time dedicated by the teacher to each working group, the number of students in classes lectured in Portuguese must be balanced, and therefore it should not exceed 20 students in classroom V0.03 and 24 students in classrooms V1.14 and v1.34, which also complies with occupancy limitations due to COVID-19.)
  5. Tendo em conta o número de alunos inscritos na disciplina e as capacidades acima indicadas das salas de aula prática, as aulas práticas serão leccionadas de modo exclusivamente presencial, com presença simultânea dos turnos a e b. (Considering the number of students registered in the discipline and the above mentioned allowed occupancy of the practical classrooms, the practical classes will be lectured exclusively for students attending the class on site, with the simultaneous presence of students from shifts a and b.)
  6. Uma vez que a sala de aulas teórica VA.6 não poderá ser utilizada nas próximas semanas, devido a trabalhos de reparação em curso, as aulas teóricas serão leccionadas exclusivamente por videoconferência até informação em contrário. O link para a aula teórica será enviado até dia 24 de Setembro. (As the classroom VA.6 cannot be used during next weeks, due to ongoing repair work, theoretical classes will be lectured exclusively by videoconference until further notice. The link to the theoretical class will be sent until September 24th).
  7. Todos os alunos que prevejam frequentar a disciplina e, por qualquer motivo, não estejam ainda inscritos no Fenix, deverão informar o professor responsável da disciplina por email - albano.n.e.sousa@tecnico.ulisboa.pt. (All students aiming to attend the discipline of Building Services which, for some reason, are not yet registered in Fenix, should inform the teacher in charge by email - albano.n.e.sousa@tecnico.ulisboa.pt)
