Lab 3 - changing SNR

Please note that to add noise to the simulated sinogram you should apply a scaling parameter so that when changing the number of photon counts its impact on the corrupted sinogram and subsequently reconstructed image becomes more apparent.
Try using:

a=1e-5
sinogram_noisy = 1/a*random_noise(sinogram*a, mode='poisson', clip=False)
