There are two more files containing data for you report and oral presentation. The excel file contains the weight of the empty tubes and with biomaass. The powerpoint has photos of aggregates that you might want to use if yours are not better. We will discuss this data in class A5, but of course you can start working on this.

In the folder Laboratory you can find a word document which contains the sequence of the flanking regions where the transposon was inserted in the different mutants (A to H). In the next class A5 we will do this analysis, but if you want you can start that. Instructions of what to do are in the same file.
