2-DE gel analysis using the Samespots software

Analysis of 8 2-DE gel images, corresponding to 4 pairs of experimental replicates, using the Samespots software. Analysis included: spot detection, matching and quantification of the normalized intensity; statistical analysis of the results - PCA and clustering according to expression profile.
