Objectives

The objectives for this lesson are:

1. Inquire the users directly (through interviews and questionnaires) and/or indirectly (through observation)
2. Describe what the users think / want / expect from the project
3. Confirm and refine the groups of users and their profiles 
4. Define scenarios
5. Define a first list of tasks
6. Choose users for the focus group
