Hard deadline, January 31st - I formally and personally sign the RT grade sheet in Alameda Post Graduation Services. This is my last day at Técnico as I will be leaving for another university. This means I can no longer sign the grades after this day.

January 30th, morning. I submit the final grades in Fenix, the information will be processed by Post Graduation services.

Hard deadline for you, January 29th. You should have presented and discussed your work by now, and you need to give/send me the project evaluation (Ficha de Avaliação) document, filled and signed by your supervisor/co-supervisor and the additional member of the jury who evaluated you. If you cannot give it to me personally, send me a digital version of it by email. You should also send me your presentation by email.

Public presentation and discussion takes place. The presentation should take 15 minutes, with another 30-35 minutes for questions and discussion, and the final 15-10 minutes for the jury to decide the research project grade.

Important deadline, January 24th. You should submit your research project document in Fenix or send it to me via email if you cannot do it in Fenix. You must also send this to your supervisor and to the person that will evaluate your work. I've put a few days here so that the person who will evaluate you will have at least a couple of days to read it (not many). I also need to be notified of the discussion time and place arranged by your supervisor and the other jury member. The discussion needs to be made public and announced.

 
Obviously, you can anticipate any of these dates, as long as you follow all the steps properly. Some of you already submitted the research project document to Fenix and can discuss it next week if you (and your supervisor) would like, as long as I'm notified of the schedule for it.
