The oral presentations of the projects will take place today (21/06) and tomorrow (22/06) afternoon from 15:30h to 19:00h in accordance to the schedule that was previously sent to you.

Regarding the presentations, please take the following information into consideration:

Location of the presentations:

 All the presentations will take place in the auditorium QA1.4 - first floor of the Chemistry Building, where the industrial seminar of the course took place a couple of weeks ago.

Punctuality and good practices of attendance:

All the team members must be in the room at the expected presentation time.

Students must respect the work and presentation of the other colleagues. This means following a couple of basic rules:  

- No entry in the auditorium during an ongoing presentation because this may disturb and negatively affect the performance of your colleagues. Wait until the interval between presentations to entry the auditorium.  

- No exit of the auditorium during a presentation for the same reason. Wait until the interval between presentations to exit the auditorium.  

- No use of computers and telephones during the presentation of other colleagues.

Classifications:

The final classifications will be available in the web page of the course during next Thursday (23/06). Consultation of the projects will take place Monday (27/06) from 10:00h to 13:00h in my office.
