4th July exam

Dear students

If you wish to come to the 4th July exam, please enrol yourself in the Fenix system until next Tuesday.

As by the IST rules, you can have access to two independent evaluations.  Therefore, if you decide to come to the exam, the monography will not be used to calculate to your final grade. If better, the final grade will be exam grade.

Notas gerais sobre a avaliação das monografias.

A pesquisa bibliográfica (parte 1) foi classificada em três patamares 14/16/19, de acordo com o desempenho. Para os diversos casos em que houve dificuldade em atingir os objetivos, foram sugeridas alterações e os resultados da pesquisa reavaliados. Feed-back sobre esta pesquisa foi-vos transmitido anteriormente, de forma individualizada.

À parte 2 (criação do índice) decidi atribuir indistintamente a classificação máxima (20 de 20).

As monografias foram cuidadosamente corrigidas mais de que uma vez e comparadas entre si. A estrutura, o rigor científico, a objetividade, a execução (leia-se adequado a uma apresentação breve) e a referenciação da bibliografia foram analisadas com cuidado. Vou colocar as notas finais na página do fénix. 

Melhorias são possíveis em exame de 2ª Época, 04/07/2024 às 18:00 (Q4.6, Q4.2). Apenas o exame contará.  


Some general notes on the evaluation of monographs.

The literature search (part 1) was ranked in three main levels 14/16/19, according to your performance. For the various cases in which you had difficulty in reaching appropriate literature, changes to the search method were suggested and the search results re-evaluated. Feed-back about the literature search was previously transmitted to you on an individual basis.

To part 2 (creation of the index) I decided to assign the maximum rating without any distinction (20 out of 20).

The monographs were carefully corrected more than once and compared with each other. The structure, scientific rigor, objectivity, execution (suitable for a brief presentation) and bibliography referencing were carefully analysed.

Final grades will be include in the fenix page. 

If you want you can try to improveyour grade in the 2nd exam, 07/04/2024 at 18:00 (Q4.6, Q4.2). Only the exam will count.

Extra exam for students enrolled in S, Polymers
