Alexandre Oliveira is the Ernst & Young Global Oil and Gas Emerging Markets Sector Leader based in Dubai. He has deep industry knowledge working closely with National Oil Companies, Governments and International companies globally. He has held positions in Schlumberger, Statoil, Baker Hughes, Accenture and the Boston Consulting Group in strategy, transformation, national resource planning, M&A, asset management, local content, industrial development, operations, R&D, technology, international expansion and business development. Alex is an Engineering graduate from Imperial College, London. He is a regular speaker at industry events.
