Dear students

I just finished the review of your project. The oral examinations will be scheduled using doodle. Here is the link:

These are the submission rules:

• The oral slot is shared by all members of a team
• Each slot has 30 minutes.
• One of the team members will book a slot for the team from the list of available slots. Only the first selection will be considered.
• Please select as follows:
• •  Campus (AL or TP)
  •  team number (Fenix number)
  • number of the student that booked the slot
  • Example: AL-G0-ist9999

To comply with IST examination rules, all oral examinations must end on Friday.
