Online Repescage Test: Rules

30 janeiro 2021, 00:24 João Fernando Ferreira

Dear students,

Below you can find the rules to perform your Repescagem Tests.

- Test 1 will take place Friday, February 4th, 8.00am and will last for 1h30m.
- Test 2 will take place Friday, February 4th, 9.45am and will last for 1h30m.
- Access to your test will be provided at the beginning of each time slot.
- You must ensure that you have conditions similar to those you have in an exam room, i.e., an isolated space where you do not communicate with other people, a desk, writing material, and personal identification.
- You must ensure that we can make an effective supervision of the test, i.e., that allows us to see the student taking the test, verify that you only have access to the test and no other material, and that you do not communicate with anyone else during the test.
- You must connect to the Zoom session assigned to you 10-15 minutes before the start of the test and show the professor that you have placed a camera in a position that allows proper supervision. We suggest placing a mobile phone behind you, a little higher than your desk, filming the desk and the computer screen.
- When the test starts, you will get access to your test.
- You must solve the test on blank A4 sheets.
- The professor monitors the test.
- You may not leave the area that is covered by the camera during the test.
- At the end, you should signal that you have finished the test, photograph / digitalise the resolution, and send the test to the professor.
- You can only turn off the Zoom session (video) after the professor confirms that he has received the test.
- If you plan to take the test, but for some reason are unable (or unwilling) to follow these rules, please contact us of this fact no later than Tuesday February 2.
