The time schedule for each group presentation is found under “Final Pitch Presentations” at the course’s webpage.

If for any reason a given group is not able to make the presentation at the predefined time slot, please inform me in advance such that a switch can be arranged with other group.

Each (student) Pitch should take a maximum of 3 minutes, followed by a 2 minutes Q&A period (all members of the group should be involved in the presentation and ready to answer any question, the final score is individual). Presentations and discussions can be either in English or in Portuguese (the same holds for the slides).

Punctually is a key issue. All members of the group must be on-time, and make sure to have the slide-show ready-to-go.

The final report (PDF, max 20 pages), the Matlab/Simulink files or other software files developed, and the slides used in the Final Pitch Presentation, should be submitted in a compressed format via Fénix until 23h59 of the same day, Monday 26th January.
