Initial preparation and visit to Beirolas wastewater treatment plant

Dear all,
As explained during the first lecture please note the following:
- There will be a site visit on the 26/09 to Beirolas Wastewater Treatment Plant, from 10:00 to 12:00. We will also collect some samples and will do an ad-hoc laboratory that afternoon where we will experiment a few analytical techniques. Please note that this lab session is not in your calendars and so it is voluntary, although highly recommended that at least one person from each group can attend. Please mark this into your calendars.
- All the slides from yesterday and for next week are on the moodle platform, so if you missed the first lecture you can catch up.
- You can start studying indepently already by reviewing the slides from lecture 2, attempting quiz 2, and preparing the materials available for the Beirolas WWTP challenge, including taking the quiz until the 13th of September.
