I would like to provide you with some information about the first test (24th of April).

The test covers all subjects taught during the first part of this course: 1) discrete-time signals and systems (including sampling); ii) z transform; iii) DFT and iv) filtering. Make sure you have solved many exercises by yourself.

If you want to come, you need to register through fenix platform until the 18th of April so that we can assess how many rooms (and professors) are necessary.

You may bring one A4 page (single side) with formulas and consult it during the test. The questions will be written in english and we accept answers in portuguese or in english.

Alguns alunos já fizeram PDS no ano anterior e inscreveram-se  para fazer melhoria de nota. Perguntam se podem fazer a melhoria por testes ou apenas por exame final.

Podem escolher qualquer das vias mas apenas uma. Se fizerem melhoria através de testes não podem fazer exame final. Se entregarem um dos testes assume-se que optaram por testes.
