Homework grades and Grade revision

Dear all,

The homework grades are out, and the exam grades will be published on Thursday the latest. On Friday (17/04) from 14h to 15h I will be available for any questions you may have about the homework and the exam grades. You can find me on the 10th floor of the North Tower (Instituto de Telecomunicações Lobby).

Lab Marks and Project Presentation/Exam

Dear Students,
Laboratory marks are already published in the Laboratory section.
The project presentarion/exam will be held on April 13th in LE1, 9h-12h (on a first-come, first-served basis).

MAP2 grades + MAPs revision + Exam

The grades for MAP2 have been published in the grades tab.


For the revision of your MAPs (if you wish to look at your copy), we can meet at the laboratories (Room 3.32 in the Electricity building, same floor as Faraday Museum) this Friday from 14h to 15h (I can extend if needed).

The Exam will consist of two parts. You can opt to do just one part, in which case part 1 substitutes the grade of MAP1, and part 2 substitutes the grade of MAP2. You can also opt to do both parts, in which case the grade you have in the exam will replace both MAPs. You can only improve your grade via the exam.

Project - Colour Sensor Help File

Dear students,


As promised, I have uploaded a file to the ‘Project’ tab containing some steps you need to follow for the colour sensor part of the project. 
This is just one alternative (and one of the simplest); there are other, more complex approaches. 
Even if you follow this process, you must understand what you are doing, as you will be asked about the application of the formulas, standards and limits of validation.

Tomorrow, thrusday, I will be in the laboratory class to answer project doubts.

Lab3 must be delivered by e-mail until next Sunday.
