Weekly Cases Review - csv file to upload as an optional alternative to the gform

The upload of the weekly case reviews by students is now possible by one of these options:

  • (preferred) use this on-line form: https://forms.gle/tc17HPRYSHT9r8fN9
  • (alternative) use the csv file in the Weekly Cases section:
    • rename the file to replace "Y" by the letter of the case and "XXXXX" by the student number
    • edit the file
    • upload the file in FENIX in the project named "Weekly Reviews"
    • NOTE: the file "gform Screenshot.pdf" makes possible to see the form as in gform


Weekly Case A - Reports are ready for review...

The Case A reports delivered in time are all available as a unique "zip" file in the section "Case A". 

Thank you very much for the students that has delivered it in time (sorry to those that had issues with Fenix... we are still trying to understand what went wrong and fix it...).

In the same section for the "Case A" there is also a PDF file with the table for the reviews. 
The first column lists the numbers of the students that delivered, and the other 5 columns list the numbers of the students' reports each student must access. 
The form to submit the review is this one: https://forms.gle/m5wcSPSmCeYn8mrE8 
Due to the Carnival days, the deadline for these reviews will exceptionally be the end of the day of Wednesday (and not Monday as it will be the norm for the other weeks...).

NOTES:
  • PLEASE always start the subjects of your emails by "[GSI]:", so we can filter them easily...
  • Students that, just in case, had delivered the report by email but it is not listed in the table mentioned above, please send your email again...
  • Students that are still planning to take the course but had not delivered the report in time, please consider sending it by email until the 15:00 of tomorrow (Sunday); a penalty will apply to your grade, but will still worth deliver it...

Weekly case B published

VERY IMPORTANT:
  • This is to be filled by all students every week between Saturday afternoon (after the release of all the delivered reports) until the end of the day of next Monday.
  • This form comprises the:
    • Review of the reports
    • Feedback to the class

Forum in PIAZZA

We have a forum in Piazza to motivate communication and support.

All students registered this morning in Fenix must had received an email invitation for this forum, for the email address that is in Fenix.
