Rooms for the presentations

The rooms for the presentations have been assigned: see section "Schedule for project presentation".
Also, the slides for part 3 and a set of previous tests and exams have been posted: see section "Files for downloading".

Office hours

This week, the office hours of the project supervisor João Martins will be on Friday, at 11h00.

Schedule for project presentation

The schedule for your 15min oral presentation has been uploaded: see section "Schedule for project presentation".

(The rooms will be published soon.)

At the beginning of your presentation, you should give us one print of your:
1. report;
2. slides;
3. matlab code.

Also, you should send me an email with the pdf of the report and the slides: for example, if you are group 15 doing project 9, send the email with subject OA 2015 G-15 P-9. The email should be sent before your presentation (can be 5 mins before the presentation starts).

Class cancellation (practice lectures)

The practice lectures for tomorrow Wednesday Nov. 25 are cancelled; that is, both the classes 9h30-11h00 and 14h00-15h30 are cancelled.


However, the theoretical lecture 15h30-17h00 will be given (not cancelled).

Project deadlines and template file

Project deadlines.

  1. You will do your project presentation on Dec. 17 or 18.
  2. Your oral presentation is 15min, and not one minute more: came prepared!

  4. Right before your oral presentation, you should give us a printed copy of your report (4 pages) and a printed copy of your slides. Also, before your presentation, you should send me an email with the pdf of the report and the slides (if you are group X doing project Y, send the email with subject OA 2014 G-X P-Y).
