Assignment 3

The third assignment, and complementary code, are now available at:

https://fenix.tecnico.ulisboa.pt/disciplinas/MMB/2020-2021/1-semestre/assignments.
It has two independent parts, with no preceding preference. The computational part (part II) should be delivered in a pdf file, together with the corresponding Matlab scripts and/or functions, commented and ready to be tested.  Part I can be delivered as scanned handwritten notes. The deadline is December 11th.
Reminder: This is an individually evaluated assignment and, therefore,  each author should be able to fully explain his answers, when required.
