Dear Students,

Please, pay attention to the following report guidelines

·         Report Guidelines

o   25 pages (Times New Roman, font 11 with 1.5 line spacing)

o   Main Report structure should include a) Introduction; b) main sections; c) Conclusions and d) Bibliography

o   In addition, the report should include: Cover Page, Executive Summary, Index (chapters, figures and tables), List of acronyms, Acknowledgements, Appendices (if any). These are not included in the 25-page limit and pages should be numbered as roman numerals

·         Submission date: 13 January 2022, 17:00

·         Submission instructions: by email to Profs. Fernanda Margarido, Susete Martins Dias and Ana Lanham by one of the group members with the others in cc.

 

Details of the presentation

·         12 min-presentation outlining the most important points in the report followed by a 15 min discussion. All group members should strive to present a cohesive and balanced presentation and to participate equally.

·         The presentation should be supported by powerpoint slides (maximum 10) and presented in English. A pdf of the slides should be emailed in advance (by the 16th of January, 17:00).

·         All students are also strongly encouraged to attend the other groups’ presentations and to ask questions. The contents discussed are an additional and important complement to the content covered in class and an enriching opportunity to hear other presentation styles and dynamics. 

·         The presentations will take place on room QA1.2:

o           17/1 - 14h30m to 17h (5 groups)

o           18/1 - 10h to 11h30m (3 groups)
