Plan for Tuesday and Wednesday

Dear students,

Here is the plan for Tuesday and Wednesday:


1. I am in the zoom session at 9h10 (both Tuesday and Wednesday):

2. Each group brings one computer that should be connected and projection checked in advanced.

(Tuesday: Prof. Rosário (that finishes her course at 9h) will bring her adaptor (in case of need but not suitable for macs), and is willing to help. I would advise those of Wednesday to do the same also tomorrow. If you can not bring a computer let us know asap so that a colleague can help with its own (we have at least one offer).

3. Ricardo Quintas will distribute and collect the the grading sheets of the two talks, close the envelope, and give it to the secretaries at the Maths department.

(Tuesday: In the meantime Prof. Rosário will also pick up the grading sheets at Reprografia (some of you can also go). Please use two envelopes, one for each day (the copies have been requested as such).)

4. On Wednesday the first talk should start at 9h35 as scheduled.
