Guidelines for presentation content
- what is TQM (source) - what particular good/product or service provided by/at JEQ was focused and why (justification should be based on TQM definition)? - how can quality of that good/service can be measured (i.e..what are the KPIs, including error margin)? - is quality within the specifications or not? (show data for KPIs)
