Recap Exam - Extra doubts session

Recap Exam - Updated Information at January/28

Due to the current pandemic situation, the Recap Tests will be performed online according to the following instructions:

Recap-Test1: Start at 15h

  • Test will be monitoring via Zoom where students have the obligation to keep the video on during the exam. During the test, you may use the “Zoom” link to communicate with the professor.
  • Student shall enter into the zoom room (referred below) before 15h (the room will be open 5 min before 15h); 
  • Student shall configure his/her zoom participation as mute-off (unmute) and video-on and be prepared to present the IST identification card;
  • Students shall not talk during the Test. In case of any doubt the professor might have about the test realization and/or submitted by a student, that student will be called for complementary oral evaluation;
  • At 15h professor will publish in Fenix, section “Tests” the GPI_2020_TestR1.doc file, with the instructions and questions;
  • The student can write directly in the Word file and, by the end, shall produce a PDF file with his/her own responses and format <student-number>Test1R;
  • Until 16h: Student shall submit his/her own PDF in the Fenix system.
 
 
Recap-Test2: Start at 16h15

Recap Exam - General Information

The enrollment in the Fenix system is mandatory (deadline 26/01/2021, 15h)

The student can do the 1st or 2nd or both Recap Tests in any campus (Alameda or Taguspark) but shall to enroll in the respective campus: use only the enrollment to the "Repescagem do 1º teste, Dia 05/02/2021 De 15:00 até às 18:00 (FA2, FA1, F4, F3, FA3, F8)" for the Alameda campus or "Repescagem, Dia 05/02/2021 De 15:00 até às 18:00 (A5)" for the Taguspark campus, regardless if you decide to recap 1st or 2nd or both Tests.

Online Exam:
Due to pandemic situation or other constraints,  but only for students with the special status of "Presença on-line - Autorizada" in the Fenix system or "Erasmus students", there will be an online test. Students in this state shall send a mail message to the GPI professors until January 29th 15h, asking for this Online Test. Further instructions will be sent by email to these students by February 3rd 15h.

Duration: 1 hour each part (i.e. Test1 and Test2)
