The practical classes of this week will be dedicated to the group assignment - Project Charter. I will talk to each group and answer to the questions/doubts that you may have about the Project Charter.

1st Mini-Test

Caros alunos,

O mini-teste será realizado durante a aula teórica na 6ªfeira, 11/Outubro. O mesmo será realizado em duas rondas:

 - 1ª Ronda: 13h30-14h10, para os alunos nº 70120 até 87622, no Auditório 4 (os alunos só podem sair do Auditório 4 às 14h10)

 - 2ª Ronda: 14h00-14h40, para os alunos nº 87623 até 97421, no Auditório 5

 Algumas instruções:
- Podem/devem levar o caso impresso (sem anotações de caractér teórico)

- O mini-teste é sem consulta
- Em cima da mesa só podem ter caneta azul/preta e o caso impresso 
- Podem responder em inglês ou português

Dear students,

The mini-test will be held during the theoretical class on Friday, October 11. The mini-test will be done in two rounds:

- 1st Round: 13h30-14h10, for the students number 70120 until 87622, Auditorium 4

- 2nd Round: 14h00-14h40, for the students number 87623 until 9742, Auditorium 5

 Some notes:

 - You may bring the case-study printed (without theoretical notes)

 - It is a closed-book mini-test
 - On the table, you can only have blue / black pen and the case-study printed

Case Study (1st Mini-Test)

Dear students,

It is now available at Fénix the case-study for the 1st mini-test: Mount Everest - 1996.

You must read the case-study in order to prepare yourself to answer to the questions of the mini-test on October, 11. The mini-test consists of 3 questions about the case-study and the topics addressed at chapter 1 and 2 of the Project Management course.
