for Computational Work Nr 1 you will need the below detailed files. Besides the protocol which contains the instructions you are required to follow at CLC and in the usage of the two gene-finders, you will need a file contain the sequence of the reads (the X file), a sequence with associated quality parameters (the Y file) and a reference genome. In case you have questions or face issues concerning the utilisation of the softwares (sometimes the version of CLC released could be different from the one described in the protocol making some commands to be slightly different) feel free to email me.
